In the early morning hours of December 8, 2020, riot officers with the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office and Portland Police Bureau violently dismantled the encampment at Red House.
With the possibility of another eviction still looming, the Kinneys have filed a Writ of Certiorari to the US Supreme Court as of November 23, 2020.
